• Lead and motivate associates to provide outstanding customer service.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, recovery, and inventory flow.
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to Homesense standards.
• Help manage the flow of merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Partner with store leadership to achieve sales, customer service, and operational goals.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
• Support loss prevention, safety, and operational compliance initiatives.
• Help create an exciting “treasure hunt” shopping experience for every customer.

● Previous retail experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.

● Strong communication and organizational skills.

● A positive, energetic, and customer-first mindset.

● Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

● Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

● Ability to lift and move merchandise with or without reasonable accommodation.
