Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant Miami, FL Job Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant to help lead and support implementation of Oracle Fusion Projects modules for a large transformation project. Mandatory Qualifications 7–12+ years of experience in Oracle Projects / Project Financials. Hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM with at least one end to end implementation. Strong functional knowledge of Project Costing, Capital Projects, and integration with GL, AP, AR, and Procurement. Experience supporting ERP transformation or cloud migration programs. Technical & Tools Expertise Data migration and reconciliation. Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies. Key Responsibilities Engage with Project Controls, Finance, Costing, Billing, and Operations teams to gather and document project related business requirements. Analyze existing legacy project accounting and project management processes and map them to Oracle Fusion PPM best practices. Lead or support implementation of Oracle Fusion Projects modules including Project Foundation, Project Costing, Capital Projects, Project Budgeting and Forecasting. Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and process flows. Support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business sign-off activities. Configure Oracle Fusion PPM modules and related Finance touchpoints. Design and support integrations across Oracle Fusion modules, including Projects General Ledger and external project management or field systems. Leverage Oracle tools and technologies such as FBDI / ADFDI, REST / SOAP APIs, BI Publisher and OTBI. Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion Projects. Financial Controls, Governance & Reporting Ensure project financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements are addressed. Support project cost capitalization, revenue recognition, and billing accuracy. Enable project level reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Participate in cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare support. Salary Range $120,000–$150,000 per year Benefits Summary Discretionary annual incentive.
