What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist at Living Gracefully, you'll play a vital role in improving the health and well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing patients’ physical conditions and developing individualized treatment plans. Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and treatments to aid recovery and improve mobility. Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Educating patients and their families on techniques to support recovery and maintain physical health. Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you should bring the following: Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Physical Therapist. Skills: Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Qualifications: Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
