The Commercial Services Officer is responsible for supporting the growth, delivery, and ongoing effectiveness of commercial banking products and services by serving as a key liaison between clients, sales teams, and operational partners. This role supports the Bank's commercial banking objectives by helping ensure solutions are implemented efficiently, client relationships are strengthened, and service standards are consistently maintained. Operating in a client-facing and operational support capacity, the position facilitates the successful adoption and utilization of commercial deposit accounts, merchant processing and treasury management products and services (commercial services) while identifying opportunities to enhance customer value and business growth. The role also contributes to organizational effectiveness through sound risk management, regulatory compliance, and the accurate coordination of commercial service activities.A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to):Generates deposits and fee income in support of individual and bank goals by actively selling and promoting commercial services to new and existing customers.Provides commercial services support to commercial bank customers.
