Assistant ManagerDomino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 2400 Brownsboro rd. location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees.Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, managing and motivating team members to maintain high performance standards, running shifts efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction, assisting in inventory management and supply ordering, ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are met at all times, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, managing cash transactions and maintaining accurate financial records, training and developing new team members, supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals, participating in food preparation and delivery processes as needed, and implementing and maintaining quality control measures.Qualifications include proven experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment, strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team, excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor, proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment, knowledge of food safety regulations and practices, physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management, high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in pizza preparation or delivery is a plus.Additional Information: The good news is we can teach you how to answer the phone and make a perfect pizza. But here are a few skills you should have to be a successful Assistant Manager: Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there.
