Responsibilities for this position include:
- Signing in customers and explaining the buy process in detail
- Sorting and pricing products customers bring in to sell to the store
- Diplomatically explaining pass reasons and presenting the quoted offer to the customer
- Accurately process transactions using cash-handling procedures
- Tagging, hanging, and visually merchandising products
- Managing fitting rooms
- Following loss-prevention procedures as outlined by store management
