This opportunity is ideal for an NP with outpatient primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or multi‑specialty experience. The provider will assist with patient evaluations, follow‑up visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, medication management, and coordination of care with physicians and specialists. The incoming provider will work in a collaborative outpatient setting with a diverse patient population and strong clinical support.
