Head of Americas Channel Marketing - Asset Management at UBS New York, NY

Your Role Lead all aspects of marketing and demand generation for UBS Asset Management across the Americas. Coordinate and implement a long‑term strategic marketing plan aligned with a global approach, and partner closely with digital, content and product marketing colleagues together with sales and strategy counterparts. Responsibilities Drive the transformative journey for Americas marketing, leading our marketing efforts in one of the most influential regions by delivering strategic marketing initiatives, elevating brand presence, and amplifying messages of excellence and innovation. Inspire, develop and implement a unified marketing vision and strategy for the Americas region for UBS Asset Management in collaboration with the Global Head of Channel Marketing, spanning Institutional clients, Global Sovereigns, C‑suite, fund selectors, FAs and retail investor audiences to support overall business growth objectives and lead all day‑to‑day implementation across all marketing activities. Lead the Americas marketing team and act as a leader and mentor in alignment with UBS values. Manage regulatory relationships and ensure a robust risk‑management infrastructure. Track, manage and analyse audience research to determine how UBS Asset Management is perceived by targeted audiences and what perceptions need to be addressed. Coordinate with global marketing to ensure the Americas value proposition is captured and infused through all communications, aligning with UBS AM’s global value proposition and approach. Facilitate the product‑related media engagement plan for relevant audiences (mainly Global Wealth, Wholesale and Institutional clients), including the creation of relevant content and publications. Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketing colleagues across geographies and channels, business and sales teams, and key senior stakeholders within the global organization. Qualifications Ideally extensive marketing experience gained in an asset management or financial services context covering the Americas. Proven project‑management skills and strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while interacting with various stakeholders. Experience working directly and constructively with the financial advisor segment on marketing campaigns and programs with a proven track record of success. Extensive investment knowledge; certifications preferred. Knowledge of financial advisor front‑end platforms and sales tactics that take into account client needs and channel‑specific requirements. Proactive, organized and collaborative. Salary New York: $200,000 – $250,000, based on experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. The role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The team serves the US, Canada and Latin America Institutional, Wholesale and Wealth Management Americas and Global Liquidity channels.
