You’ll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child. Responsibilities Follow curriculum and lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels Document learning experience through displays, observations and assessments Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing & accreditation standards Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment Qualifications Must be flexible, motivated, love children and eager to learn Strong verbal communication skills Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality Shows initiative; strong work ethic 45 hour course in Curriculum/ 45 hour course in Child Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
