We are seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. Responsibilities & Expectations Complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner. Perform a variety of repair, remodeling, and maintenance tasks across multiple trades. Look around a property and communicate possible repairs or services to the customer. Earn the customer’s confidence and inquire about additional work. Identify small issues and explain solutions to help customers understand available services. Maintain punctuality, efficiency, integrity, and strive for top customer satisfaction. Collaborate as an integral part of a winning team. Required Skills & Qualifications Good overall knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical trades. Knowledge of appropriate tools for specific tasks; not all tools required. Strong troubleshooting skills; quick thinker to resolve issues promptly. Excellent communication with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers. Presentable appearance, clean‑cut look, decent vehicle, organized tools. Benefits Monday through Friday work week (8 am to 5 pm) – no weekend work. Positive work environment.
