You'll contribute to social media management, digital content, newsletters, and targeted outreach activities.
A key part of the role involves identifying new visibility opportunities and building relationships with venues and organizations for speaking engagements.
You'll work independently while collaborating with stakeholders to coordinate campaigns and communications projects.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.
You'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas while developing practical experience across digital marketing and communications.

Accountabilities:

• Manage social media posting schedules and support daily social media activities across relevant platforms.
• Create, coordinate, and publish engaging digital content designed to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media engagement and assist with audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Research new marketing, outreach, partnership, and visibility opportunities.
• Conduct outreach to venues, organizations, and potential partners to secure speaking and presentation opportunities.
• Coordinate and track communications with prospective event partners, maintaining organized records and follow-ups.
• Create, edit, and distribute newsletters to relevant audiences.
• Support additional marketing and communications initiatives, campaigns, and projects as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Contribute fresh ideas and recommendations to improve marketing outreach, content, and engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Previous experience or demonstrated interest in marketing, communications, social media, content creation, or a related field.
• Experience creating and managing social media content and maintaining consistent publishing schedules.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Facebook for professional marketing and outreach purposes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Proactive approach with the confidence to research opportunities, initiate outreach, and follow up consistently.
• Creative mindset with an ability to generate fresh ideas and engaging content.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new marketing platforms, tools, and processes quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality while working across multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders while taking ownership of assigned projects.
