Physical Therapist Acute Rehab Unit Inpatient

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a leading hospital to hire a Physical Therapist for its Acute Rehab Inpatient Unit. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based evaluations and treatments to medically complex patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. You’ll develop individualized care plans, provide intensive mobility and functional training, and educate patients and families on safe transitions home or to the next level of care. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll participate in rounds, document progress, and help optimize length of stay and outcomes.
