DIGITAL & SOCIAL MANAGER

The Manager of Digital & Social is a highly visible role within and outside the organization, responsible for managing social and digital marketing for Milk & Honey’s select roster of clients. This role requires the candidate to be present in the office 5 days a week and travel on occasion. This position will involve someone creating the beginning of a department that previously was external. Working in our Los Angeles office will provide close proximity to our great team of west coast managers who are the back-bone of the Milk & Honey operation. The responsibilities of this role include creating and implementing social media strategy, content planning, and programming, creative ideation, community management, and copywriting. Additionally, the role involves digital strategy development, digital asset management, identifying digital monetization opportunities, managing digital security, and owning all elements of CRM. The position requires extensive experience in social and digital media in the music space, demonstrated ability in digital and social strategy, content creation, community management, and digital asset management. The ideal candidate should have experience balancing multiple artists and projects simultaneously, handling high volumes of work. 4+ years in social & digital media in the music space required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Milk & Honey
