Drivers earn up to $90,000 per year with a 75CPM base rate plus a 15CPM performance bonus - up to 90CPM all in. Weekly averages around $1,703.* Home every day. This is a true local position - consistent routes within 200 miles of Shelbyville, IN, with home time at the end of every shift. Shifts built around local freight. Expect average 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 4 PM to 2 AM. Scheduling that works. Drivers receive one set weekend day off per week plus one floating weekday off during non-peak season. Freight that's close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes. Pay that grows with you.
