Social Media Marketing Assistant

Location: New York, NY | Full-Time | In-Office Pay: $24.00-28.00 per hour (based on experience) Join one of New York City’s most iconic and influential personal injury law firms as a Social Media Marketing Assistant! Known for dominating social media across NYC, we are seeking a driven, creative professional to expand our brand’s presence even further. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain a strategic social media calendar aligned with target audiences and stakeholders. Create high quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to tell compelling stories and drive engagement. Collaborate with cross functional teams while excelling independently in a fast-paced environment. Analyze data to track performance and optimize social strategies for growth. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the firm with professionalism and enthusiasm. Assist with event marketing, including planning, setup, and execution. Bring creativity and innovation to all content creation and marketing initiatives. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, English, or a related field. Proven success across brands of all sizes, with the ability to create impact through content. Experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, FinalCut). Strong writing and storytelling abilities with the talent to connect with diverse audiences. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred. Highly organized, social, data driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
