Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Support Staff member to join our growing service team. This role combines vehicle detailing, reconditioning, and service lot operations to ensure smooth traffic flow and exceptional vehicle presentation throughout our facility. This position offers excellent upward mobility within the service department. Car Wash Operations

Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles that have been sold and serviced, as well as rental fleet vehicles Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment

Service Lot Operations:

Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility Meet & greet customers as they enter the service area Retrieving customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid Maintaining an orderly service parking area, lot, and vehicle display, car preparation, shop, and showroom appearance

General Duties:

Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles Positive attitude and can-do mentality Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities, and eagerness to improve Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly and customer service-focused Reliable
