Soliant is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 nursing care for an elementary-aged student during the 20262027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a consistent school schedule.
Position Details
- Schedule: TuesdayFriday
- Hours: 8:00 AM 3:30 PM
- School Year: Full 20262027 academic year
- Caseload: 1:1 Student
Student Needs
The nurse will provide direct care and support for an elementary student who:
- Uses a wheelchair and walking device
- Has a tracheostomy (trach care)
- Requires G-tube feedings
- Requires suctioning
- Wears AFOs (Ankle-Foot Orthoses)
- Needs toileting assistance
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license
- Pediatric, school-based, or trach/G-tube experience preferred
- Comfortable providing 1:1 skilled nursing care
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start)
