Validation Specialist, Flow Cytometry

Labcorp seeks a Validation Specialist for its Flow Cytometry team in Brentwood, Tennessee. The role involves executing validation projects, performing laboratory bench work, maintaining flow cytometry equipment, and generating technical documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute validation project deliverables including planning, documentation, and bench work
• Maintain, perform quality control on, and acquire specimens for flow cytometers
• Analyze data and prepare validation reports and standard operating procedures
• Perform troubleshooting on sophisticated laboratory equipment and coordinate vendor service requests
• Ensure compliance with GCP, GMP, and GLP regulations in all laboratory activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field
• Laboratory experience including pipetting techniques
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform quality control and troubleshooting on laboratory instruments
