Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound buyer and seller leads.

• Conduct buyer and seller consultations.

• Negotiate and manage transactions.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee real estate license.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency with technology.

• Organized and accountable.

• Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation

Commission-based

Typical range: $125k -185k

Schedule:

Flexible, yet full-time

Evenings and weekends as necessary (real estate is not a 9–5 job)
