P General Manager - Lead the Standard

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 / year

(Based on experience, energy, and leadership demonstrated on the job)

We're The Pickle Team - a people-first, hospitality-driven restaurant group that's raising the bar and growing fast.

With 10 locations across Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Northwest Arkansas - and 3 new openings in the last year - we're looking for driven leaders ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
Train and develop team members
Create and implement effective marketing strategies
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in a managerial role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
