What You'll Do

As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the front-of-house team during daily operations
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving concerns with confidence
• Coaching, training, and motivating team members
• Managing staffing, floor flow, and labor throughout each shift
• Overseeing opening, closing, and shift change procedures
• Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and company standards are maintained
• Handling cash management, inventory, and administrative responsibilities
• Communicating effectively with leadership and the kitchen team
• Supporting marketing initiatives, promotions, and our Rewards program
• Helping create the positive, solution-focused culture Cinco's is known for

Restaurant leadership experience is preferred, but we're willing to invest in someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and leadership potential.

Requirements

• Full-time availability (up to 45 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe Manager and MTS certifications
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
