Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Engage clients in regular sessions, focusing on their progress, stability, and any necessary adjustments to their treatment.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including clinical notes and treatment plans, in accordance with state regulations and clinic policy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on youth populations, including children and adolescents who are dealing with various mental health challenges. Our clients may face issues related to anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma, among other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Illinois.
