Director of Cardiovascular Services
We're hiring a Director of Cardiovascular Services in Thousand Oaks who wants to lead a comprehensive cardiovascular program while advancing quality, growth, and patient care.
You'll step into a hospital leadership role focused on cardiovascular operations, strategic planning, quality, physician collaboration, and program development. You'll have meaningful autonomy while partnering with executive leadership and the Cardiovascular Services Medical Director.

- You currently serve as a Director of Cardiovascular Services
- You have led cardiovascular services within a 300+ bed hospital
- You bring at least 5 years of cardiovascular experience, with significant leadership experience
- You have structural heart experience and strong leadership skills
- You hold an active California RN license or qualifying ARRT/California radiologic technologist credentials
- You hold a college degree; MSN, MBA, or MHA is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $141,544$202,000 based on experience
