Aviation Cabin Services Supervisor This position is responsible for leading and overseeing janitorial and maintenance operations within airport facilities. The supervisor will manage a dedicated team of janitorial staff, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure all cleaning services meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with airport regulations. Schedule 1st Shift Pay $19.50 / hour (compensation varies by experience, skills, abilities, location, and market alignment). Benefits A comprehensive benefits package is offered to employees. Oversee daily cleaning operations in terminals, restrooms, lounges, baggage areas, and other airport facilities. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards and address issues promptly. Collaborate with airport management and other departments to ensure all janitorial needs are effectively met. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and storage practices. Enforce health and safety protocols, including appropriate handling of cleaning chemicals. Respond to urgent cleaning requests and address any passenger or customer concerns regarding cleanliness. Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency. Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and performance evaluations. Requirements Valid State Driver's License is required. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in janitorial services, preferably in an aviation or large facility environment. Understanding of airport security and safety protocols is essential. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities. Flexible schedule, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and best practices. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred. Work Environment Fast‑paced airport environment requiring frequent walking and standing. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and airport noise is common. Compliance with airport security protocols, including background checks and security clearance, is mandatory.
