Digital Asset Manager

Description The Asset Ops team is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to support asset management, quality control, and publishing for a leading digital music service. This role partners closely with Design and Business teams to ensure creative deliverables are executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and drive workflows for design assets from intake through final delivery. Perform quality control on creative assets (static and motion) to ensure accuracy and consistency. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Design, Business, Production) to meet deadlines. Upload and publish assets, ensuring adherence to brand and technical standards. Track project status and communicate updates to stakeholders. Adapt to shifting priorities and timelines in a dynamic environment. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in production operations within digital media or entertainment. Experience reviewing creative assets for quality and accuracy. Proven ability to manage high‑volume workflows in a fast‑paced setting. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. Passion for music and familiarity with digital media platforms preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
