WMS Specialist, Night Shift (Sun - Thurs Work Week)

Pay: $22.00/hour

Work Schedule

• Sunday 1:30pm to finish.
• Monday through Thursday 5:30pm to finish.

Job Duties

• Supports the night team administratively with the order selection process.
• Electronically creates order selection tasks in the WMS system.
• Prints customer invoices.
• Prepares routing paperwork based on shuttle and delivery truck dispatch times.
• Monitors the picking process via a module in the WMS systems, follows established processes to rectify any picking shortages.
• Monitors production of the picking process and informs management of progress.
• At times, will participate in the order selection process centered round retrieving shorted cases.
• Works closely with replenishment team to rectify any picking errors or short picks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience with warehouse management systems (Korber/High Jump preferred) and barcode scanning.
• Experience with computer based work, navigating menu options within a warehouse management or erp system.
• Ability to export to excel and perform functions such as sort, subtotal, sum, and filter.
