Production Line Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00/hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday)

Shift Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
• Shifts rotate every 2 months- you must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift
• Overtime may be required during peak times

The Production Line Operator is responsible for operating production machines and equipment, maintaining efficient production flow while ensuring all quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. This role works closely with material handlers and heavy equipment operators to keep production lines supplied with materials, perform quality checks, complete production documentation, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Monitor production lines to meet quality and production goals.
• Coordinate material needs with equipment operators and material handlers.
• Keep shakers supplied to maintain continuous production flow.
• Load and verify correct materials and roll stock.
• Make machine adjustments as needed for quality and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks, including weight and volume inspections.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Assist with inventory tracking and material management.

Production Line Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous Production Machine or Line Operating experience required
• Facility is nicotene free facility (no smoking, vaping or dipping)
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include dust, heat, cold, and outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb on and off equipment throughout the shift.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
