Outpatient Physical TherapistWe are seeking a qualified Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients and creating a treatment plan tailored to their needs, goals, and physician direction. The role will involve guiding and directing therapy services to ensure optimal recovery and functional return to community activities.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient assessments.Ensure that care aligns with physician orders and complies with regulatory guidelines.Document patient care in a clear, concise, and timely manner.Educate patients, families, and staff about treatment plans and goals.Participate in the supervision and development of students when applicable.Stay current with continuing education and maintain professional licensure.Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.CPR Certification.Active Physical Therapist license for the state where services will be performed.ScheduleThis position operates on a 5x8.0 schedule.Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
