Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

$33–$36/hour

Join LTC Therapy Services as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and make a meaningful difference in residents' recovery and independence. You'll work closely with a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hands-on treatment in a collaborative rehabilitation environment.

What You'll Do

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed PT
• Help residents improve mobility, balance, strength, gait, and endurance
• Support residents in reaching functional goals and maximizing independence
• Observe progress and communicate relevant changes to the supervising therapist
• Provide resident and caregiver education on exercises and mobility techniques
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the care team

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
