Elementary School Teacher – 2nd Grade $47,289 06/15/2026 Expires 07/30/2026 Description The classroom teacher at Saint Matthias School supports the mission of Catholic education to form faithful disciples. The teacher is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality instruction for 2nd grade subjects in a self-contained classroom. The teacher reports directly to the principal and collaborates with faculty and staff to support student learning and school improvement. Saint Matthias is seeking a passionate educator who will: Work collaboratively and remain open to growth. Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues. Create a welcoming environment conducive to learning. Accept constructive criticism and implement changes accordingly. Demonstrate flexibility and effective classroom management. Wage Range: The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range.
