Make-Ready Technician

SFS Construction

Join SFS Construction as a Make-Ready Technician (Unit Turn Crew Member) and put your hands-on skills to work on unit turn projects. You’ll work alongside fellow crew members to complete drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, and vinyl flooring tasks. This role is a fit for a motivated, dependable person who takes pride in hard work and enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform drywall work and painting for unit turn projects.
Install vinyl flooring as part of unit preparation.
Complete electrical and plumbing tasks as part of the unit turn crew.
Collaborate with fellow crew members to complete unit turn work.

Qualifications

Experience and proficiency in drywall, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and vinyl flooring installation.
A dependable, motivated approach and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Compensation

$20–$22 per hour , based on experience. Paid biweekly.
