Veronica Logan - State Farm Agent is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented sales professional who enjoys creating opportunities for, helping people and being rewarded for results.

This is a true production role. You will receive leads and opportunities, but successful producers on our team do not wait for business to come to them.  They follow up consistently, ask for referrals, create new opportunities, and confidenlty ask customers for their business.

What You'll Own

As an Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Respond quickly and professionally to new leads
• Prospect and create new sales opportunities in addition to working assigned leads.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs.
• Prepare, present, and confidently ask for the business on insurance quotes.
• Consistently follow up with prospects until a clear decision is reached.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and complete CRM follow-up activities on time.
• Identify appropriate opportunities for Auto, Home, Life, Health, and financial services conversations.
• Ask for referrals and build relationhsips that create future business.
• Participate in coaching, role-play, activity tracking, and ongoing professional development.
• Take ownership of your activity, pipeline, and production results.

Bilingual English / Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

Insurance experience is helpful, but mindset, work ethic, and willingness to learn are more important.  Licensing is required for the position.

Compensation

$15-$17 / hour base pay plus performance-based commissions.  

The posted compensation range includes commission earning potential.  Base pay depends on licensing and experience, with $17 / hour available upon obtaining required licenses.
