Why This Role Stands Out Join a top-tier TA team that values collaboration, innovation, and results Manage meaningful, high-impact work with 15-25 requisitions per month Be part of a growing organization where your ideas and influence matter Enjoy a culture that balances performance and fun Opportunities to work across multiple locations and business functions What You’ll Do Own the full-cycle recruiting process: intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff Partner with hiring managers and HR to define roles and create compelling job postings Proactively source and engage candidates using diverse strategies, including passive sourcing Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience Manage recruiting activity in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance Support vendor management, including agency partnerships and contract negotiation Help train hiring managers on interviewing best practices and effective use of Workday Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality of hire) Contribute to process improvements, TA projects, and workforce planning initiatives Collaborate with a team currently managing 125+ monthly requisitions What You Bring Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles Experience managing multiple requisitions across functions and levels Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday strongly preferred) High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset What Sets You Apart Data-driven approach with the ability to turn insights into action Confidence partnering with leaders and influencing hiring decisions Passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience Team-first mentality with a willingness to jump in and support others A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation Our Culture At tk Accelis Materials Plus, we believe great work happens when people feel supported, empowered, and encouraged to bring their best ideas forward.
