Tech MRI

Job Summary:

Contract MRI Tech position responsible for performing MRI procedures in an overnight shift setting. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a busy radiology unit.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform advanced MRI imaging procedures using GE Artist 1.5 equipment.
  
  
• 
  Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
  
  
• 
  Follow all protocol guidelines and maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the radiology team to deliver accurate diagnostic images.
  
  
• 
  Maintain detailed documentation in the Meditech EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS systems.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to dress code and unit policies, including scrubs in olive and black or all black.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess current ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with advanced registry in Magnetic Resonance.
  
  
• 
  Hold a valid Radiologic Technologists license.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  
  
• 
  Have at least 1 year of MRI technologist experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities and independent work ethic.
