Thresholds-Inc in Illinois is seeking a Crisis Support Specialist to assist Living Room guests during mental health crises, using lived experience to provide advocacy, information, and peer support. You will greet guests, model coping strategies, help develop recovery plans, link to services, and participate in training. Friday–Saturday 6:45am–3:15pm; Sunday–Tuesday 2:45pm–11:15pm.
