Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia en distintas áreas de la compañía (Operaciones, Producción, Compras, Administración, OT-Racking, OT-Robotics, entre otras, según la necesidad), dentro de un entorno dinámico y global. La persona contratada tendría la posibilidad de iniciar su trayectoria en Estados Unidos, participando en proyectos clave del negocio y adquiriendo una visión transversal de la organización. Como parte de su desarrollo, tendrá la oportunidad de vivir una experiencia internacional en España (según desempeño), colaborando con distintos equipos y áreas según las necesidades de la compañía. Responsabilidades: Participar activamente en el desarrollo de proyectos estratégicos a nivel corporativo. Posibilidad de trabajar en toda la cadena de valor de la compañía según necesidad (OT Racking, OT Robótica, Operaciones, Administración, Industrial, Comercial, etc). Colaborar en la optimización y digitalización de los procesos internos. Desarrollo y liderazgo de proyectos para todos los Departamentos de la empresa, así como el registro, análisis, puesta en marcha de acciones correctivas y preventivas y creación de planes de acción para mejorar el desempeño, estudio y ejecución de reducción de costes. Evaluar las necesidades y desafíos actuales a nivel organizativo y de procesos empresariales para detectar áreas de mejora y brindar asistencia en la elaboración de procesos y metodologías de trabajo para promover la eficiencia y calidad continua. Requisitos mínimos: Formación Universitaria preferentemente en cualquier Ingeniería. Se valorará la posesión de un Máster. Bilingue en Inglés y Castellano. Disponibilidad para movilidad internacional. Elegibilidad para vivir y trabajar en la Unión Europea sin patrocinio. Perfil junior con alto potencial y capacidad de aprendizaje.
