Job Location 4201 Rucker Ave. Everett, WA 98203 Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm rotating Saturdays Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Administrative and clerical duties as necessary In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization. Minimum Qualifications Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P) Preferred Qualifications 6 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist Additional Job Standards In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement Able to pass a standardized color blindness test Flexibility to work overtime as needed Exceptional customer service Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
