Job Description

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working with clients, managing communication, and ensuring a seamless service experience. As a key point of contact, you will represent Beloform Craft with clarity, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism
• Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction
• Coordinate internally to support client needs and service delivery
• Assist with documentation, scheduling, and follow-up communications
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Support day-to-day client service operations and administrative tasks
