• Specialty Skills:
  • Low risk pregnancy: Required
  • FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE: Required
  • OB ultrasounds - performance of, interpretation: Required
  • Routine delivery: Required
    • Vaginal: Required
    • Low forceps: Required
    • Decision-making for c-section: Required
  • Complicated delivery: Required
    • C-section: Required
    • Breech: Required
    • Multiple births: Required
    • Abruptions: Required
  • Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations: Required
  • Surgical gynecology - open procedures: Required
  • Operative/major gynecologic procedures (including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's): Required
• Requirements: Active IN License, BC OBGYN,
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
