Job Responsibilities for the Leak Detection Technician Apprentice:
- Assist your Lead Technician to inspect the property
- Will be trained to use highly advanced equipment to locate and repair water leaks
- Extend courtesy and thoughtfulness to all customers, remembering we are there to reduce their stress, answer their questions, and solve their problems
- Clearly communicate throughout the day with office dispatch, Lead Technician, and Technician Manager
- Availability: This is a full-time position with general working hours from Monday to Friday. Must have availability to complete overtime as required and have weekend availability
Leak Detection Technician Apprentice Qualifications:
- Clean background check and clean driving record for insurance purposes
- Valid Driver's License
- Be self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently
- Preferred, not required: 2 years of hands-on experience in handyman, construction, restoration, appliance repair, HVAC, or plumbing preferred – exceptions may be considered!
- General knowledge of the fundamental concepts of construction – how a structure is built, how components work together, etc.
