Job Description Family Medicine Physician – Pueblo, Colorado Family Medicine in Pueblo, Colorado - we are seeking a full-time, Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative and physician-led primary care team. Position Overview Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population 36 patient-facing hours per week with additional time for professional development Ability to quickly empanel patients and build a strong patient panel Access to nearby lab and imaging services for comprehensive patient care Participate in an after-hours phone call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues Collaborative care environment with physicians and advanced practice providers Opportunity to contribute to clinical care strategies and healthcare innovation within UCHealth Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $257,000 – $286,000 annually Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 Productivity Bonus based on wRVUs Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $24,000 ($1,000 per month for 2 years) Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates Paid malpractice coverage Generous CME allowance Retirement plan with multiple options available Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must complete residency) Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain DEA required prior to start Clean malpractice history highly preferred Additional Notes Not accepting locum or locum-to-perm candidates
