School-Based Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Blazer Jobs is excited to partner with a school district to support their students for the 2026–2027 school year. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join a collaborative team across multiple school locations in Manassas, VA. About the Role: This position is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with speech and language needs in a school-based setting. You’ll work closely with supervising SLPs and school staff to help students build communication skills and confidence throughout the school year. What You’ll Do: Assist the SLP in delivering speech and language therapy services Support implementation of IEP goals and therapy plans Work with students in individual and small group settings Help track student progress and maintain documentation Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success What We’re Looking For: Active Virginia SLPA license required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Communication Disorders, or related field Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Assignment Details: Start Date: August 24, 2026 End Date: June 12, 2027 Schedule: 35 hours per week (7 hours per day) Locations: Multiple school sites Employment Type: Full-time, Contract What Blazer Jobs Offers: Competitive pay Weekly direct deposit Benefits options for W2 employees Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive school environment where your work truly makes a difference in students’ lives.
