Production Assembler – Natural Energy ComponentsWe are currently hiring Production Assemblers for a manufacturing facility producing framing components for the natural energy industry. This is a short-term assignment expected to run through September, with potential for extension based on workload and production needs.Schedule:Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMSome Fridays may be required based on production demandsJob Duties:Assemble metal framing components using hand tools and air drillsFasten nuts, bolts, and hardware to assemblies according to work instructionsWork in rotating teams, typically in groups of 2Retrieve and transport parts using carts as neededInspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all safety and production proceduresRequirements:Ability to use hand tools and power/air toolsPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to stand for the duration of the shiftMust be dependable and safety-consciousPhysical Requirements:Light industrial work environmentParts weigh approximately 7 lbs. when assembledNo heavy lifting requiredNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
