Associate will be responsible for supporting various specialized client requests and handles escalated operational processing. This role requires a strong understanding of alternative business, financial concepts, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Understand and process and verify complex transactions, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing comprehensive and professional support.
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Required Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in financial services, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial instruments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
