Smile, you found us! Looking for a career change in 2026? Come find out what makes Peak "THE PLACE" to work and live. Peak Management is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Professional to join our team. They will lease for 250+ units at three locations, Wade Manor, The Park & Poet Place.
- Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
- Must be to work Full Time at Wade Manor, but able to commute to tour at The Park & Poet Place (as needed).
- Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing.
- Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Bilingual a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Serious candidates only who want to grow their careers.

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
