If you are passionate about mental health care and thrive in a dynamic, client-focused setting, we invite you to apply and become part of our mission-driven organization.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all clinical documentation in accordance with Managed Care Organization (MCO) requirements, payer expectations, Emory Valley Center policies, and applicable licensing or accrediting entities.Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments to identify mental health, behavioral, emotional, psychosocial, and functional needs of individuals receiving services within the scope of licensure and supervision.Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans, Plan of Care (POC) goals, therapeutic interventions, and measurable outcomes aligned with each person's Person-Centered Support Plan (PCSP) and identified needs.Conduct individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions using evidence-based practices to support clients' mental health and emotional well-being.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards related to clinical practice and documentation.Requirements:Master's degree in social sciences with an emphasis in psychology, counseling, social work, or other related fields (must be willing to obtain related board licensure).Must have a valid Tennessee driver's license with a good driving record.Duties may require occasional after-hours work and travel to organizational sites.Required training/certifications provided by the organization including CPR/First Aid.Key behaviors for success:Confidentiality is required - confidentiality agreement signed upon hiring.Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy while creating a welcoming and professional environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.Highly proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web-based systems, programs, or platforms.Ability to create a welcoming and professional environment.Meticulous attention to detail.Benefits:Health, Vision, and Dental InsuranceFree TextCare & Employee Assistance Program with Enhanced Behavioral Health403(b) Retirement PlanPaid Time OffLife InsuranceReferral ProgramGym Membership and more!
