Salary: $108,000 - 148,000 per year Requirements:

• We look for demonstrated experience working on Agile software development teams, including Scrum and Kanban.
• We require hands-on use of Jira, Confluence, and GitHub for documentation and team collaboration.
• We want 8-10 years of experience building web applications and UX/UI frameworks using Angular, React, or JavaScript; Java Spring is a plus.
• We require 6-8 years of experience working in Linux environments.
• We need 4-6 years of experience developing and deploying applications in C2S or AWS environments; comparable cloud experience with Azure, Oracle, Google, or similar may be considered.
• We require 2-3 years of experience with search and analytics tools such as ElasticSearch, Solr, or OpenSearch.
• We need 2-3 years of experience with ETL across large structured and unstructured raw data sets.
• We require 2-4 years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing new applications from project requirements.
• We need the ability to work independently and in project teams, break concepts into discrete development tasks, and manage work to deadlines.
• We require 6-8 years of experience with microservices, including Docker, Podman, or other containerization services.
• We need 4-6 years of experience in object-oriented programming; Python is preferred, but Java, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and similar languages may be considered.
• We prefer experience with text analytics and its use in business intelligence and business analytics, including search, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, document summarization, and document categorization.
• We prefer experience developing proof-of-concepts for new technologies and evaluating current machine learning approaches for text analytics.
• We prefer experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Keras, and TensorFlow.
• We prefer experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Pandas, D3.js, and ggplot.
• We prefer experience with relational or non-relational data stores such as MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• We prefer experience using natural language processing tools such as spaCy, NLTK, Stanford CoreNLP, or Gensim.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Math, or another relevant field, plus at least six years of experience; a masters degree counts as two additional years of relevant work experience.
• We require TS/SCI with Polygraph from day one.

• We participate in iterative software development teams and follow reporting requirements.
• We design, develop, and unit test code for production systems and demonstration capabilities.
• We build rapid prototypes to refine requirements and shape design.
• We present features and demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We meet with stakeholders, analyze requirements, create user stories, and translate them into development tasks.
• We prepare technical documentation and briefing materials for program status reviews, control gates, and other presentations.
• We write and maintain documentation for application workflows, integrations, and compliance procedures.
• We optimize application performance while supporting scalability and security.
