In this role you will provide senior technical and advisory assistance to the Targets Program Office (MDA/DTE) by aiding in the refinement and implementation of MBSE design standards across a portfolio of products.Job Description:Serve as designer for implementation of the Government Reference Architecture MBSE solution across the Targets Program officeAuthor process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods to facilitate the execution of the MBSE solution to existing and future programsUse requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in CameoPerform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needsPerform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and toolsDefine requirements, perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and toolsAssist in requirements development and managementRequired:Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projectsExperience with Cameo Systems ModelerActive Secret ClearanceKnowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), preferably with direct experience working DoD SystemsAbility to train others on MBSE concepts and toolsExperience with languages used for architecture modeling (i.e. DoD Architecture Framework and (Unified Architecture Framework (UAF))Desired:Familiarity with MDA programs and processesExperience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weaponsHands-on experience with integrated requirements tools, such as DOORs NGExposure to MDA test events and activitiesITAR Requirement:This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
