Role Description The Physical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Laguna Beach, CA. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering one-on-one therapeutic interventions to address pain, mobility limitations, and functional impairments. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing clinical assessments, guiding therapeutic exercise and manual therapy, providing patient education on injury prevention and home exercise programs, and documenting progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The Physical Therapist collaborates with other healthcare professionals as needed, maintains a safe and supportive clinical environment, and contributes to a high-quality patient experience aligned with the clinic's personalized care model. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy to assess conditions and design effective treatment plans. Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation to restore function, mobility, and independence. Proven skills in Patient Care to deliver compassionate, evidence-based, and goal-oriented treatment. Ability to coordinate Home Care recommendations, including home exercise programs and self-management strategies. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and current state licensure (or eligibility) in California. Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine setting preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
