We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Community Support Professional (CSP) to manage a small caseload (2–5 individuals) and provide community-based support. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and experienced in connecting individuals to community resources. Experience supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health diagnoses—including autism spectrum disorder, borderline personality disorder and others is needed for this position. Vision insurance Health insurance plans Health savings account Paid time off Referral program Flexible Spending Account Position Overview The Community Support Professional is responsible for managing a caseload while providing direct support services in the community. This role ensures compliance with 245D licensing standards, maintains high-quality programming, and promotes satisfaction for the individuals served and their support teams. Throughout your workday, you may actively participate in activities alongside the individuals you support. This can include physical exercise, outdoor activities (where sunscreen or bug spray may be needed), and recreational activities such as swimming. Participation in local festivals, community events, and social gatherings is also common. You will play an active role in helping individuals explore and engage in their communities and should be prepared to support them during these experiences. Location Multiple Locations in the individual’s homes. Schedule Must be available- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility for every other weekend or at least one weekend day each week. Key tasks include but are not limited to Manage a caseload of 2–5 individuals Attend and provide transportation to various appointments and community engagements Provide direct, person-centered support in community settings Assist individuals in accessing and navigating community resources Maintain accurate, timely documentation using a mobile device Ensure compliance with 245D licensing and service standards Collaborate with support teams to promote positive outcomes Serve as a positive advocate for those we support and represent Enriched Living with compassion and professionalism throughout the community. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that includes both in-the-field person-centered supports and office-based responsibilities such as documentation, administrative tasks, ongoing training, and required staff meetings. Requirements Must have a valid Driver’s License Must have auto insurance and a reliable personal vehicle Must be willing to complete a Human Services background check and Motor Vehicle Record search Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in congested areas and navigate unfamiliar areas to comfortably transport individuals in the community. Ability to clock in/out and complete documentation via tablet Ability to trouble-shoot and problem solve with electronic devices. Ability to work around animals and transport well-behaved animals to vet visits as needed. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and the ability to remain focused and present while at work. Minimum Qualifications - Must meet one of the following Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field and 1 year of full-time direct care experience Associate degree in a human services-related field and 2 years of full-time direct care experience Diploma in a human services-related field and 3 years of full-time direct care experience OR 50 hours of relevant human services/disabilities training and 4 years of full-time direct care experience under qualified supervision Strong mentorship and relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages encouraged and welcome. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and documentation skills Proficient time management abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple important tasks. Physical Requirements Ability to complete Positive Behavior Supports training and physical CPI requirements Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and squat for extended periods Must be alert, attentive, and fully present when supporting individuals Ability to communicate effectively (talk, hear, and observe) Must be able to walk at least 3 miles, without any breaks.
